Sand mounds and unfinished metal works are seen litttering the pedestrian lanes along Jalan Bunga Raya, Kuala Belait for a number of weeks now. Not only is this an eyesore but the apparently-unfinished job presents a potential hazard to road users. It is hoped that the relevant authorities can help attend to the issue.
